Dear FOI Officer, CC: Paul Hanson

Thank you for the response.

Why a simple request to see a traffic order for a 20 mph limit has to be so complicated and wasteful of council time and money is beyond me.

More so when the final information shows that the only TRO in place on Benton Road is for double yellow lines. The 20 mph zones signs which have been displayed for years had no legal standing. I can only guess this was why I could not get any response to a simple query and had to resort to a FOI request.

I note that a retrospective TRO has been advertised. genuine mistakes happen, now the remedy is in place the matter is closed for me.

Yours sincerely,

John Walley
