Request copy of trust deeds and rules of Bank of England and Court Pension Schemes
Dear Bank of England,
I should like to be provided with copies of the trust deeds and rules of the Bank of England and Court Pension Schemes. This request is made in conjunction with my already submitted request to know which inflation index is to be used to increase Bank of England and Court pensions in payment this year.
Yours faithfully,
Mike Post

Dear Bank of England,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Bank of England's handling of my FOI request 'Request copy of trust deeds and rules of Bank of England and Court Pension Schemes'.
I have requested to see copies of the trust deed and rules of the Bank of England and Court pension schemes. These documents must be easily available for members to examine - in my own scheme the documents are made available for anyone to see on a website. The Bank has failed to reply promptly to my request. This is important. Ministers are quoting the CPI as the measure of inflation that is recommended by the Bank of England yet the Bank of England uses RPI for its own pension scheme. Delaying a reply to me is an interference with the democratic process, in my opinion.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:
