Syed Faghurudeen

Dear Home Office,

1.Could you please let me know whether the below pasted act is in current practice?

Nationality status JUNE 2014

The evidence must be original and date from around the time that the events to which it relates took place. For example, birth many years ago should be evidenced using documents that existed around that time.Documents such as certificates of birth registered within a short time after the birth took place will be accepted. So too will baptism or school certificates issued reasonably near the time of birth.

2."A recently issued official copy of a Birth record of registration of an event will be taken into consideration if the event was registered with relevant authorities around the time of the event. " could you please clarify whether a person who produced School record which was issued very near to his/Her Birth event in support of recently issued Birth certificate(But registered Immediately after the Birth) will be acceptable for nationality purpose?

3.If some one refused under above category, what is the remedy for his/her claim ?

In which act of kindness I shall be grateful to you forever.

Yours faithfully,

Syed Faghurudeen
