Please can you provide any communication between OCPA and any current panel of Ordinary Members Of Competition Appeal Tribunal

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Thank you for your email. Please see below our response to your request,
in three parts:
1) The Commissioner for Public Appointments monitors the procedures
adopted by appointing authorities when making appointments to public
bodies. The public bodies appointments to which the Commissioner monitors
are listed in Schedule 1 of the Public Appointments (No. 2) Order in
Council 2023: see [1]here, pp. 3-10.
2) The Commissioner has no formal role in monitoring procedures adopted in
making appointments to public bodies not listed on the Order in Council.
He therefore does not maintain 'a list of Government organisations where
best practice in appointments is followed but excempt from OCPA
Oversight'.
3) As the Commissioner only oversees the procedures by which appointing
authorities make appointments, not the appointments themselves, we do not
hold lists of current appointees. We therefore cannot search for
communication between the office and 'any current panel of Ordinary
Members Of Competition Appeal Tribunal'.
