I am writing to request a copy of the 'Reptile Mitigation Guidelines' published by English Nature in 2004. I have so far been unable to find this document online

We have checked our records and have been unable to locate the document
titled ‘Reptile Mitigation Guidelines’ on our catalogue system. However,
we have located ‘Reptiles: guidelines for developers’ published in 2004
which may be relevant, please see attached pdf.
