Dear Merton Borough Council,

Please share the representation made to the consultation on the proposed expansion of Heathrow Airport in the light of your declaration of a Climate Change Emergency on 10 July 2019, considerably in advance of the deadline for comments on Heathrow airport expansion plans on 13 September 2019.

If no representation was made against the proposed airport expansion at Heathrow please explain why, and give clear reasons how a failure to oppose the expansion of the airport aligns with your declaration of a Climate Change Emergency.

Please also release all communications between officers, and between officers and Cabinet members on this subject.

Yours faithfully,

Sandra Vogel

Dear Merton Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Merton Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Representation on Heathrow Expansion proposal'.

I believe the response made by Merton Council to the public consultation on Heathrow Airport expansion proposals should be a matter of public record, and should be placed in the public domain. I do not agree with the reason given for refusing to publish this response.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/r...

Yours faithfully,

Sandra Vogel
