reports/minutes regarding decicion to build the energy from waste incinerator in Great Blakenham 2006 to 2010

We're waiting for RICHARD FROST to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Suffolk County Council,
I am currently studying for a Masters in Environmental Management and researching the decision to build the energy from waste incinerator at Great Blakenham. I understand the process began in 2006 with a review of alternative technologies to landfill and the contract for the project was given to SITA 2010. I wish to request any reports, minutes, public meeting records over said period relating to the decision making process and public involvement that led to the choice of energy from waste incineration.

Yours faithfully,
Richard Frost
