Reports setting out principles to guide decision-making during the transition to net zero
Dear Her Majesty's Treasury,
In November 2019, terms of reference were published relating to funding the transition to net zero (https://www.gov.uk/government/publicatio...). It was stated that the review would report to the Chancellor of the Exchequer, and Her Majesty’s Treasury would publish a report in autumn 2020 setting out principles to guide decision-making during the transition to net zero.
In November 2020 I asked for a copy of this report. I received the following response to my request:
"The Chancellor announced in July 2020 that HMT would publish an Interim Report this Autumn, with a final report due Spring 2021. As the Interim Report is expected to be published in due course, the exemption at section 22(1) of the FOI Act (information intended for future publication) is engaged. The information requested will be published online in due course on GOV.UK. "
Please can you now provide copies of the Interim and Final Reports or a link to where these reports may be found online.

Dear FOI Requests,
Thank you for your reply of 7th September and for providing the link to the Interim Report. I note that the Final Report was due to be published "in spring 2021". Presumably it has been delayed.
I look forward to seeing it in the next few weeks, as you say, ahead of COP 26, due to start on 1st November 2021.
