Reports of Skilled Worker visa sponsors
Dear Metropolitan Police Service (MPS),
Could you please provide me with the following data for the period from 2021 to present:
1) The number of reports made to the MPS about Skilled Worker visa sponsors (i.e. business licensed by the Home Office to hire migrant workers)
2) How many of these reports led to investigations by the MPS?
3) How many of these reports led to prosecutions and/or arrests?
If data is unavailable for the exact period above, any reasonable alternative time period would be suitable.
With regards to the third question, if this data is unavailable, please provide the total number of enforcement actions taken against sponsors reported to the MPS.
In the event that you determine some of the information I have requested to be exempt from disclosure, please redact exempt information with black boxes, instead of snipping or excerpting, and please state which category of exemption you believe applies to the information.
Yours faithfully,
Andrei Savitski
