Reports of Fly-tipping and FPN's

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to please request the following information:

I would like a monthly breakdown from January 2015 onwards of FPNs issued in Newham for:

1) Number of reports of fly-tipping to the Council
2) Number of FPNs issued for fly-tipping
3) Number of cases taken to court for fly-tipping.

Please provide the information in electronic form and please send a confirmation that you have received this request.

If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to exceeding the cost of compliance, please provide advice and assistance to how I can refine my request.
