Dear Wandsworth Borough Council,

1. REPORTS MADE VIA THE REPORT IT APP
Please provide in machine readable format (ideally CSV) details of the number of reports made via the Wandsworth Report It app since launch.

Please break down the data by month, and for each month, the total number of reports as follows:

Fly tipping
Graffiti
Missed rubbish or recycling collection
Request a street clean
Hazardous waste
Flyposting
Overgrown trees
Damaged paving
Overflowing or damaged litter bins
Broken street lights (non TfL roads)
Request recycling sacks

Please also list the total number of reports for each month (should equal the total above) and the number of reports made via the app by council staff, contractors and councillors.

2. COST OF THE REPORT IT APP
Please detail the cost of the Report It app, both initial set up and all ongoing costs (e.g. licensing, server costs)

3. NUMBER OF DOWNLOADS OF THE REPORT IT APP
Please detail the number of downloads, by month, for each platform.

Our response

 

1.    See attached q1 spread sheet. Please note  that statistics on ALL
categories by month, which should answer part of question 1.  This also
includes more categories than were requested in your request.  Wandsworth
Borough Council does not record the category of the user, so cannot break
this down into residents, staff, contractors or councillors.

 

2.    The Report It app was provided as part of the Agilisys Customer
Portal, so there are no costs that can be attributed solely to Report It.

 

3.    See attached q3 spread sheet.
