Reports from Cambridgeshire County Council about the Cambridgeshire Guided Bus

Labour Transport Minister Sadiq Khan is reported to have said that: "Cambridgeshire County Council had told him [Sadiq Kahn] that it had almost resolved its problems with contractors BAM Nuttall and the project was close to completion"
Please provide copies of all communications you have had from Cambridgeshire County Council regarding the Cambridgeshire Guided Bus and Busway since 1st January 2010.
Please would you confirm or clarify what form the communication from Cambridgeshire to the Minister took, and provide me with a copy of your record of it.

Thanks for your reply which is fine so far as it goes. However, please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Transport's handling of my FOI request 'Reports from Cambridgeshire County Council about the Cambridgeshire Guided Bus'.
I asked for all communications you have received this year from Cambridgeshire about the Cambridgeshire Guided bus.
Your response covers only communications sent specifically to Mr Kahn. Please would you give me a list of /all/ the reports, correspondence, etc., you've had about the Cambridgeshire Guided bus, from the County Council, this year.

Thank you for your request for an internal review of our response to your
FOI request (case reference F0006294). I am the Senior Civil Servant
responsible for approving the original response.
I am of course happy to ask a colleague to begin the process of an
internal review but I wanted firstly to check that our original response
was clear. The second paragraph tried to make clear that the information
we included with our response was all communications we in DfT have had
from Cambridgeshire County Council regarding the Cambridgeshire Guided Bus
and Busway since 1st January 2010, not just the correspondence sent
specifically to Sadiq Khan. This answers the first part of your original
request.
The third paragraph simply clarifies that we are not aware of any
communications about the Guided Busway between Sadiq Khan and
Cambridgeshire CC during the period in question. This answers the second
part of your request.
I hope this helps clarify our response, if you still wish to pursue an
independent review I will of course ensure that is taken forward. If you
would find further clarification helpful, please don't hesitate to give me
a call on the number below.
