Reporting of veteran protests against Parliament
Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,
I am incensed with the lack of coverage of the "Rolling Thunder" protest against the treatment of soldier f on Friday 12th April and would like to know if the BBC had any reporting restrictions imposed or if there are any being imposed for the "Million Veterans March" which is being held on Good Friday.
I would also like to know why the events were/will not be covered if no restrictions are in place.
Please note that only one of the two events had taken place at the time of writing.
Yours faithfully,
Mr. Stacy Clipson

Dear FOI Enquiries,
Thank you for your response. I do not accept the response as accurate in denying the information. I feel that the request was made in the public interest. As you state in your response, the BBC, as a media organisation, is under a duty to impart information and ideas on all matters of public interest.
I would now like to appeal the decision not to respond and for a full internal review to be carried out with the results released.
Yours sincerely,
Mr S Clipson
Dear Mr Clipson,

Please note that should the Information Commissioner’s Office decide that the Act does cover this information, exemptions under the Act might then apply.
