The request was successful.

Dear Health and Safety Executive,

Regarding this news story:-
http://menmedia.co.uk/stockportexpress/n...

and this from the HSE website:-
http://www.hse.gov.uk/riddor/riddor.htm#...

I tried to report this incident which could have endangered the lives of 550 primary school children and 50 babies in the nursery to the HSE but wasn't taken seriously.

I have again brought matter to the attention of the Chief Executive of the HSE in recent weeks.

My request is for all emails, letters, documents, memos, minutes of meetings hand written notes of telephone conversations or meetings or any other documents whatsoever indicating what action the HSE has taken to look into this matter.

Kind regards

Sheila

Dear Health and Safety Executive,

Many thanks for your kind help. I shall try to digest your reply.

Out of interest, please see the attached You Tube clip of the "experts" removing the brown asbestos from the 550 pupil primary school site:-

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b0rCPnP5H9o

It seems extremely unscientific and slapdash to me and why are other workers in the vicinity of the brown asbestos fibres not wearing protection?

Yours faithfully,

Sheila Oliver
