Dear Amanda Gibson,

With reference to your response to our FOI request, I am somewhat puzzled as we have applied for the last two years receiving initially years 2017 and 2018, then last year 2019 to then be refused on the grounds of cost/time, what has changed? If you require your previously supplied information I will gladly send this information should you request. Otherwise my best course of action will be an internal review.

Yours sincerely,
Julie Sperling

Dear Ms Sperling

I will double check with out analysts but it appears that we have previously supplied the number recorded as a moped/motorcycle, etc, as supplied at the end of this response. It was not previously highlighted that a number of crimes do not have the vehicle type recorded, therefore requiring further review of the crime reports, to see if any information is recorded within the crime record.

To provide an accurate response, I have explained that the number provided may not be the total number of motorcycles, etc, stolen due to the number where the type hasn't been entered. However, I have provided the numbers for each type recorded, at the end of the response.

Yours sincerely

Dear Ms Gibson,

My apologies, my download screen had shown only the first page detailing the cost involved. I have re-downloaded your response and now can see all the pages along with the details of your records provided. Thank you for clarifying this and we really appreciate your prompt response.

Dear Ms Sperling

I've been informed that joint Norfolk and Suffolk figures were provided and included in my response. The figures for Norfolk alone should be:

Moped11
Motorcycle28
Scooter3

Sorry for this error.
