May I suggest working chronologically forwards from the 1st June 2010 ?

provide the date up to which your response covers and also provide the
totals of :-

FOI Enquiries, British Broadcasting Corporation

Dear Mr Petters

I am writing with an update on your request about reported interference to
radio reception. We have nearly finalised the response to your request,
and have gathered a large amount of information for disclosure. I am
writing to check how you would prefer us to send this to you.

We can provide the information as a number of pdf files. We have one pdf
file of around 83MB. We would need to break up this large file into
approximately ten smaller files in order to be within the BBC's attachment
limit for emails. However, it may be that even broken down like this,
there could be difficulties with receiving it. You may therefore prefer to
receive the information on a CD-ROM via the post.

In order for us to send you a CD-ROM we would need your postal address. To
provide this, we would suggest that you do not reply to this email, which
would result in your address being automatically posted on this publicly
available site. You can instead email us privately at [BBC request email].

Could you please confirm which option you would prefer? We will place your
request on hold until we hear back from you.

Yours sincerely

Dear FOI Enquiries,

Thank you for your response. Can you publish the PDFs to whatdotheyknow.com?

If not my e-mail address is tjpost at traditional-jazz.com

There is no e-mail address supplied on the message on here. If you e-mail at the address I have given you I will reply with my postal address. Do you want me to supply a CD?
Many thanks

Yours sincerely,

John Petters

May I humbly suggest that Ofcom could publish the pdf on their website and post the link here?

People, can then download for access and perhaps this website may also host a copy to save it residing on the Ofcom website for longer than necessary.

Email size limits are a pain aren't they.
