Dear Martin

I am writing in response to your recent request under FOIA.

On trying the link you provided below, this seems not to have worked fully
as it was in two stages.  The first link to the wider national website
worked but the sub-link to our Trust’s Johnny Savile report did not work
as it was taking users to our old website which has since been archived.

However, please see attached  a copy of the Trust's investigation report
into the Johnny Savile at Springfield Hospital.

In terms of other associated documentation,  please also find attached the
Trust Action Plan in response to: Themes and lessons learnt from NHS
investigations into matters relating to Jimmy Savile (Lampard Review).

In terms of press releases and communications, these can be accessed via
this link which we have also double checked and should work successfully
for you.

I hope that this response satisfies your request in full. However if you
are not satisfied and need to correspond further regarding this request,
you may appeal by setting out your concerns in writing for the attention
of myself and the Information Governance Manager. Please ensure that the
reference number that appears in the subject line above is quoted to make
it easier for the team to deal further with your correspondence. In the
event that you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of any appeal, you
have the right to appeal to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO),
although they will expect you to exhaust the Trust’s internal complaints
policy before they will consider a case.  For further details see:
