Thank you for your request for information received on 23 January 2019, in
which you asked for the following:

What is the content of the Council planning officers' reply to the
HGY/2018/1582 Applicant's revisions to HGY/2018/1582 (revisions which were
emailed to the Council on 26/11/18), as per Valerie Okeiyi's 12/12/18
email reading: "We will have an internal meeting to discuss the revised
plans early next week, I will contact you following the meeting with
feedback".

My response is as follows:

The meeting to discuss the revisions has not yet taken place and will do
so in the near future. The proposal is still under officer consideration. 

If you are unhappy with how we have responded to your request you can ask
us to conduct an Internal Review. If so, please contact the [1]Feedback
