This service will only provide sample documents rather than specific documents for claimants. If you require a specific sample document then the DWP is likely to ask you for the code of the ESA document you require (such as ESA72 or ESA125). Some of these can be found online.
If you require a document in relation to your claim then you would need to contact the DWP via email, phone or post. We would gladly supply you with their email address if you would like to use the private contact system to send us a message. This is purely to avoid spam being sent to the DWP as online bots scan webpages for email addresses to spam them. Private messages remain private. We hope this is of help. Lee.
