Dear Home Office,
I applied for a replacement BRP card in April 2018 as my BRP card was damaged. My application form reached the Home Office on 12th April 2018.
I received the letter for Biometric enrolment on 1st May 2018 and completed it on the 5th May 2018.
The 8 week service period was over two weeks ago on 6th June. I phoned UKVI 2 weeks ago for an update but they could not give me one and promised to refer my inquiry to the relevant team who were supposed to update me by email. However, I have not received any response to date.
I have put my travel plans on hold due to not having the card in time and I am also due to start a new job soon. I also need the BRP urgently to apply for my provisional driving license. I would like to have a status update please
My case reference number is 023638965.
Thank you in advance.
