Dear Mr Harris,

Further to your request for information under The Freedom Of Information Act. I have been informed by the department that they will need extra time to collate the information requested.
'Based on the title, we'll report on street lighting (maintenance), traffic signs (maintenance), bollards (reactive) and guardrails (reactive). We can only report on the items we have data for, so as the term street furniture is very wide, without specifics this may prove difficult and we may not have the data'.
As such the department plans to carry some analysis of data held and provide as much as possible, which will take some time. They expect to have this ready by the end of next week. However if you have any further details that could minimise the time required I can pass this onto the department. i.e. a list of Assets/Features he is interested in Street Lights, Bollards, Signs, Guardrails etc

Apologies again for the delay.

Kind Regards
Alison Fletcher
