Apologies for the delayed response to your enquiry. As I am sure you will appreciate, our focus has been on successfully opening Rugby Free Secondary School and that has meant we are a little behind on correspondence of this nature.

You requested the following:

“Please provide all findings from the reopened consultation of July 2016 regarding travel arrangements and the location of the proposed school.”

Please find attached the report on the additional consultation carried out by the Trust and submitted to the Department for Education.

If you are unhappy with the way your request has been handled, you should make a complaint to the Trust by writing to us within two calendar months of the date of this letter. Your complaint will be considered by an independent review panel, who were not involved in the original consideration of your request.

If you are not content with the outcome of your complaint to the Trust, you may then contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
