renunciation of British citizenship Tony Abbott

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Home Office should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Home Office,

Mr Abbott has published his renunciation papers in https://twitter.com/TonyAbbottMHR/status...
Because of the publication of this letter your legal concerns about privacy have been overturned.

I request a copy of the renunciation letter sent to him because the one he published doesn't seem to actually be that. I also require a details of where and when the form RN was lodged and details of the receipt for payment of the fee.

Could you also please indicate what the reference number A500938 relates to on the letter, it doesn't look like a normal renunciation reference number.

Yours faithfully,

Tony Magrathea

Dear FOI Responses,

it is the 21st of September 2017 today, the original request was lodge 29 July 2017. That's 54 days or 37 work days. Legally you must respond within 20 days.

Surely it can't be too difficult unless the renunciation hasn't actually happened? Please expedite the request.

Dear FOI Responses,

By law under all circumstances you should have responded by now. When will I get a response to my request? Why are you prevaricating? Have staff been ordered to not respond? Doesn't the information exist as set out in the published letter Mr Abbott gave to the world?

Why is it taking so long?

Yours sincerely,

tony magrathea
