Lincolnshire housing partnership

I require the following from 2003

Rents and building costs paid

List of all buildings that rents/leases were paid for by shoreline ( like freeman street )
List of rent/amount paid to each per year
List of further costs paid in relation to rent/lease ( like fees and admin ) per year
Who it was paid to
Rental lease period ( dates between start and finnish )

If possible, i would like this in csv, spreadsheet or an open standard ( not a locked PDF )

List of any payment to the freemen of grimsby or the related charities, per year

Shoreline

|Can i have a list of all consultants used
Can i have basic details of what they were used for
Can i have all payment details in relation to the jobs conducted

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request, received into LHP on 3
May 2019.

 

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 provides public access to information
held by public authorities, by way of the requirement for these
authorities to publish certain information, and to respond to information
requests from members of the public.

 

The Act is only applicable to public authorities such as government
departments, local councils and such like. Lincolnshire Housing
Partnership are a charitable trust and not a public authority, and
therefore we are not able to respond to any requests for information under
the FOI Act.

Dear Shoreline Housing Partnership Limited,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Shoreline Housing Partnership Limited's handling of my FOI request 'Rents and building costs paid'.

The ICO has been trying to force inclusion of all council spin offs like this to be under the act.

I have asked for an internal; review by you, becuase your bosses and legal officers were always goingto blocvk it, due to the otehr , very seruious alligation i have made .

But i expect them to delay due to other itemsd i have raised.

You were spun off from my council with an irregular vote
a numner of your sdenior were removed from there posts back in 2005 after i showed fruads.
I have made direct alligations in relatrion to your legal officers and accountants.
I have a number of other fionacial question in relation to were your spending has been directed since 2003

Also, the ammount of public money you get to spend and ammount of public nwages you authorise meens that this should be under the FOI
