Thank you for your request for information, which we received on the 20 November 2019.
Your Request:
Two years ago Southwark completed the construction of new council homes on the site of its
former Borough & Bankside housing office at 169 Long Lane. This council development
supposedly provides 21 social rent 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes.
Please provide me with the current rent levels that these 'social rent' council homes are let at
and service charges for each of the 1,2 and 3 bedroom properties.
