Rent Details for Bath Central Library
Dear Bath and North East Somerset Council,
Please can you provide a copy of the original legal document setting out full details of the rent arrangements - past present and future - paid or payable by Bathnes or any other related company or organisation - for the site currently occupied by Bath Central Library in The Podium Shopping Centre.
I note that an earlier request for this information on 15 January 2017 by Roger Houghton received a reply that the information would not be provided due to it being available from the land registry, however I have a copy of that lease, Title number AV203954, and it does not include these rental details.
Please can you also let me have details of any other financial arrangements paid by or payable to the Council or any related company or organisation relating to this site - past present ot future.
Yours faithfully,
Caroline Ambrose
