Dear First Choice Homes Oldham,

FCHO employee Mr Andrew Shales states "service charge is payable on demand".

FCHO Rent and Service Charge Setting Policy January 2019 states "Rents and service charges will be calculated over 52 week and collected over 48 weeks"

Please can you advise which of the above statement is correct and up to date.

Do different policies apply to different groups of people.

How many people have payed in instalments.

How many people have payed on demand.
