[SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION]:

The Commission will not hold information on salaries or expenses paid to the Baroness while she was employed by the Tomorrow's People charity, other than if this appeared in its published accounts.

That information would otherwise only be held by the charity, which is itself not subject to the Freedom of Information Act.

You can view the charity's published accounts on the Commission's website here -

http://apps.charitycommission.gov.uk/Sho....

Since the Baroness was only an employee her specific salary details are not included and are not required to be declared by the charity as a separate individual figure. That salary information is confidential and personal data within the framework of the Data Protection Act 1998.

You may however be able to obtain some information through the 'Register of Members Interests' maintained by Parliament, so a request directed to them may be helpful. Start here -

https://www.parliament.uk/biographies/lo....

The salary for the Commission'e newly appointed Chair was proved for reference/comparison, since if you do find the figures your interested in it may help set those in perspective.
