Remuneration

The request was successful.

Dear Meteorological Office,

Last year you provided a response to me [Ref 0029421] and I would be grateful if you could answer the same questions again but this time in reference to the 2013/14 financial year.

They are:
1. The total amount of money paid to staff as a bonus for forecast accuracy?
2. The number of (i) FTE staff who received a bonus payment for forecast accuracy AND (ii) how many individual staff members received a payment for forecast accuracy?
3. The amount paid to (i) full-time employees last year as a bonus for forecast accuracy?
4. Would a part-time employee on a 50% contract get 50% of the bonus and would a full-time employee joining the Met Office halfway through the year earn a 50% bonus? If not what percentage of the bonus would they be paid?

Yours faithfully,

Sue Grabbit

Arithmetic not making a great deal of sense to me. Shouldn't answer 1 = answer 2(i) x answer 3? It's about 40% more. What have I missed?
