Remove of BBC feeds from Tunein

The request was refused by British Broadcasting Corporation.

Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,

Please can you tell me what research was done on what devices would no longer work after the BBC's decision to pull its radio streams from TuneIn and what mitigations you put in place to prevent listener dissatisfaction?

I can no longer receive BBC radio output as I used to prior to the removal of the feeds, but overseas non licence fee paying listeners can carry on hearing the Tunein feeds, is this in breach of the BBC very own remit, contract law and therefore potentially fraudulent.
Will the BBC have to pay out rebates to those affected, if so how much is this going to cost the BBC?

Yours faithfully,

Mal Bridgeman
