The request was partially successful.

Dear Hertfordshire Constabulary,
Last year I reported to Hertfordshire Police that I handed sealed envelopes containing very sensitive information as regards audit deficiencies to Labour Councillors Vince and Butler
They both informed me that following the meeting the sealed envelopes were removed from their possession without permission by an employee of the Council a Mr Patterson
Hertfordshire police allegedly carried out an investigation into this what I believe to be theft of the sealed envelopes from the councillors and informed me that no crime had been committed
The investigating officers were DS Badett and DC Shipman
Badett spoke to me on the 17/3/2017 and did not seem to have a grasp of the situation but she did say that she was told what to say
In light of the above may I please have all the information that you hold on this case

Yours faithfully,

Tom Cullen

Dear Hertfordshire Constabulary,
Please let me have the information that I requested as AI Macbeth has informed me that should I require information like asking if you have got information on my discussion with DS Badett of Borehamwood Police where she informed me that 2 labour councillors admitted to lying on the wwweb
Have you got this information?

Yours faithfully,

tomcullen
