Dear David,
Could you please check again? I suggest asking your IT people. If that fails then you need to let Simon Parr know. It is a requirement of the Security Policy Framework that a Risk Management Accreditation Documentation Set (RMADS) is produced in accordance with HMG IS1-2 for all HMG ICT Systems. As part of the RMADS, IS2 requires that SyOPs are produced.
Could you clarify your 'no information' statement. Are you saying that the RMADS is silent on the use described or that you couldn't find the RMADS and SyOPs?
Yours,
Rupert
Dear Rupert
Your initial request asked for information in relation to "the 'home
worker' remote access solution permanently in the offices of the OPCC at
Cambourne" and this is the question which I researched with our IT
department.
In respect of this specific question, there is no information held as
there is not a 'home worker' remote access solution permanently in the
offices of the OPCC at Cambourne. If your question were rephrased to
remove the word "permanently" then it is my understanding that information
would be held in this respect.
Regards
David

David,
Aha! Thanks for the clarification.
I used the word 'permanently' as that is what the OPCC has said they will be doing.
Please consider the request modified to remove the word 'permanently'.
Thanks and Regards
Rupert
Rupert,
I have already sent a message to our IT specialists in anticipation, so I
will respond as soon as I am able.
Will need to set up as a "NEW" request and allocated a new case number,
but it should remain within this email trail as I have asked it to be
allocated to my workload.
In the meantime you will get a revised acknowledgement.
