Remit of So-Mo pedestrian safety project

I write in connection with your request for information which was received
by Merseyside Police on 22/05/2018. I note that you seek access to the
following information:

 

(Paraphrased) Information in respect of Merseyside Road Safety Partnership
working with So-Mo consultants on a pedestrian safety project.

 

Following receipt for your request searches were conducted within the
Merseyside Police to locate information relevant to your request and in
the Merseyside Road Safety Partnership records held by Merseyside Police
as the lead authority in the Partnership. I can confirm that the
information that you requested is not held by Merseyside Police or in the
Partnership records held by the Force.

 

To locate the information relevant to your request, searches were
conducted in the records held by the Force and MRSP records held by the
Force and also with Liverpool City Council. The searches located
information relevant to your request which is held only by the Liverpool
City Council. With the agreement of the City Council in order to provide
you with assistance, the information has been provided by the City Council
so that the information may be disclosed to you under the provisions of
section 16 of the Act, rather than requiring you to allow transfer of the
application. Please see the attached response table for further
information and the attached document supplied by Liverpool City Council.

 

I have today been authorized by the Data Access Supervisor, senior
