Dear InfoMgr, FinDMT,
Thankyou. It can be reasonably argued by many objectors to various planning applications historically to date , that on occasions (more often than not) , that National guidelines on planning 'good' practice' are not always being followed properly or fully by Wirral Met Borough Council. Even the council's own recommendations of transparency ,democracy , it could be argued are being seriously breached. This being the case could well be affecting a publically accountable fair practice , in turn seriously prejudicing planning decisions in favour of the Applicant of the proposed development.
This likely being the case my FOI is requesting what remedy Wirral Met Borough Council intend to incorporate to ensure that proper fair transparent and democratic due process will be strictly adhered to and followed by ALL planning committees and Chairperson(S) at ALL times, which will help to remedy the serious public lack of confidence in planning committee procedures and ultimate decisions.

Yours sincerely,

Derick Barnes
