(It may be titled something else in your service).
This is the policy which sets out how and when ‘Relief Duties’ are allocated to ‘Relief Staff’. (including Paramedics/EMTs/ECAs/etc).

Thank you for your request for information regarding relief which we
received on 5/4/19. We have dealt with this as a Freedom of Information
request and I attach a leaflet containing further information about both
your rights and our obligations under this legislation.
We are able to provide the following information:
