Release Russia report under EIR
Dear Intelligence and Security Committee,
Please provide a copy of the Intelligence and Security Committee’s 2019 report into allegations of Russian interference in British politics, including alleged Russian interference in the 2016 EU referendum.
I am requesting this information under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 since any interference in the EU referendum is likely to have a profound effect on Air, water, soil, land, flora and fauna (including how these effect human beings), Information on emissions and discharges (e.g. noise, energy, radiation, waste materials) if citizens of the United Kingdom have removed from them the protection afforded by being part of the European Union.
Yours faithfully,
James Coombs

The ICO recently upheld the Cabinet Office's use of s.23 to refuse to provide a me a copy of the Russia Report. Their decision notice FS50902636 (not yet published) contains some very thinly disguised frustration at the behaviour of the junta, sorry I mean government.
I just tried requesting this from under 2004 EIR given that leaving the EU will have a profound impact on the environment.
The email address held by WDTK website is invalid but perhaps a bit much to expect given that the government have failed to even create a new ISC.
Welcome to the totalitarian state.
