We're waiting for Neil DeKalo to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Attorney General's Office,
My name is Neil
I would like to get some legal suggesting to help me understand the mining of a sentence written in the English language say........

" I will not be surprised if she hold a PHD title from Nana University"

Nana area is well known among foreigners as rough area where many foreigners hang out, Restaurants, Entertainment, shops, also well known as an area where foreigners get Ripped Off.

please advise me the legal meaning the sentenced marked up. "I will not be surprised .......
