Miller Stacey,

Dear Mr Burford,

My colleague is unsure of the exact documents you would like to see. As I
am unfamiliar with the report sent out, please can you respond with the
exact copies you would like to be sent.

My understanding was you wanted to see the Word versions of the first and
second drafts. Were there any other versions you wanted to see? If you
could list all clearly I will pass it on to my colleague.

Please note as this is just a clarification of the original FOI it is
being treated as business as usual enquiry so we have the usual 10 working
days to respond.

Kind regards,

Stacey
