LibraryInfoRequester

Dear Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport,

1. I request information describing the regulatory powers that the DDCMS have, or have made, regarding the work of the SMG Trustees, but not financial/charitable issues.

2. To whom are the SMG Board of Trustees accountable ?

3 a. What is the process to be followed should a member of the public have cause to
complain about a museum of the SMG not following Codes of Practice or of the Museum Association's codes of practice?

3 b. What is the process to be followed should a member of the public have cause to complain about ethical codes not being adhered to which result in SMG staff's actions impacting adversely on a civic museum?

Yours faithfully
John Wilson
