Dear East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust,

I am writing to request the following information under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act.

For the years 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 to date, how many referrals have been made by EMAS to following regulators about staff employed/ formerly employed by the trust?

The HCPC for registered paramedics, the NMC for nurses and midwives and the GMC for doctors.
