Regulators' Code - Evidence based approach

We're waiting for Fred Parazi to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Gambling Commission FOI Officer,

As per the Regulators' Code (July 2013), which came into force in April 2014, the Gambling Commission is expected to take an evidence-based approach in its regulatory activities. Specifically, under section 3.1, regulators should prioritize risks based on evidence and allocate resources accordingly.

Could you please provide the following information:
The evidence collected by the Gambling Commission regarding gambling operators failing to meet their obligations to protect vulnerable people (2023-2024)
The amount of resources allocated by GC to monitor gambling operators' activities to ensure compliance with license conditions.

Thank you for your assistance.

Fred Parazi
