Dear Department for Exiting the European Union,

It has been well publicised by your department, the press and by industry representatives that you have been conducting meetings with experts and professionals from the various sectors of UK industry with the express intention of discovering their 'wish list' for deregulation of EU and other legal instruments post-Brexit.

While I can find brief details of meetings scheduled and held by your department, I can find no details of which regulations have been highlighted by these experts and representatives for post-Brexit deregulation.

Please supply me with a list of regulations, directives or other legal structures (laws, bills, clauses etc) that have been raised as problematic and desirable for post-Brexit review (specifically to repeal or amend in a fashion that would be considered 'de-regulation') by experts and/or industry representatives in relation to:

Science, technology and innovation (both private industry and public research)
Healthcare provision (both public and private; Mental, general and social care)

I realise that there can be concern about providing details of which expert requests/suggests which change to regulation so please note that this is not requested. It should not affect confidentiality to simply state which regulations/directives have been highlighted as problematic by the entire set of experts/representatives.
