Regulation for directions to apply for a job and salary expectations?

The request was successful.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

I have two questions:

1) What regulations or guidance is given with regards to claimants being directed to apply for roles which may be unsuitable for their skill set or experience?

2) What guidance is given for claimants being directed to apply for roles which pay substantially less than their previous role, whilst not utilising their professional skills?

3) For how long would a claimant be allowed to apply for roles which matched his/her previous skill set?

4) Can claimants be directed to apply for roles which do not match the types of role on their jobsearch agreement?

Yours faithfully,

S Mort
