Regular monitoring visits by Mr. M.Clift.

Dave Rawlins made this Freedom of Information request to South Kesteven District Council

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was partially successful.

Dear South Kesteven District Council,

On 5/Feb/2012, in a letter to Fenton Parish Meeting, Mr Clift wrote;

“I can confirm I have forwarded a letter to the site informing them of their responsibilities and to keep in compliance with the current planning approval. Further, as from the first weekend of February 2012 I will be making regular monitoring visits to the site. Should it be established that they are in breach of the said condition i.e. Frequency of use – Weekends (2 per month) I will proceed with serving a Breach of Condition Notice without recourse to further correspondence with the parties at Stubton Gorse."

Please tell me the number of monitoring visits, and their dates, that were made by Mr. Clift between 5/Feb/2012 and 31/Dec/2015.
If Mr. Clift left the employment of SKDC before 31/Dec/2015, who took over the responsibility for making the monitoring visits, and how many did they make?

Yours faithfully,

Dave Rawlins

Our response is:

I have searched the Council's Enforcement database and Mr Clift's e-mail archive and I have been unable to find record of any enforcement case or site visits by Mr Clift to the Clay Shooting Ground in the period requested. I am therefore unable to provide the information requested.

Mr Clift retired from the Council in November 2013 and as no case relating to breaches of conditions at the clay shooting ground was active at that time, no other officer will have carried out any monitoring visits.

If you have any queries or concerns then please contact:
