Regular audit and performance monitoring of service providers

The request was successful.

Dear Highways Agency,

Please refer to:
http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa...

As you will see Stephen Hammond, the Under-secretary of State for Transport with responsibility for the Highways Agency and the motorways stated in a written answer on 25th November 2012 that "Service providers are subject to regular audit and performance monitoring by the Highways Agency to ensure contractual requirements are being met".

For the period Jan 1 - Sept 30 2012 and for both the
DBFO (AREA)5- M25 and DBFO (AREA)30- M40 could you please let me have copies of the documents (paper or electronic) recording the last three such audits or performance monitoring inspections.

Please do not include audits/inspections carried out by the contractor of his own work - just those carried out by the Highways Agency of the contractor's work.

For clarification I would expect to receive 6 documents 3 each for the two areas.

I am assuming that as I am asking for existing documents which I presume are stored in a readily accessible manner my request will not impose any great burden on your resources. If this is not the case I would be happy to consider any proposals you may have for modifying it.

I look forward to hearing from you via this web site

Yours faithfully,

Peter Silverman
