Dear Ministry of Justice,
Dear Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service,
Under freedom of information please kindly confirm weather it is the duty of HMCTS to publish council tax liability orders on the registry trust in accordance with the law .

Disclosure Team, Ministry of Justice

Thank you for your e-mail, I am writing to advise you that your enquiry does not fall under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) regime and has been rejected by the Disclosure Team.

It may be helpful if I explain that the FOIA gives individuals and organisations the right of access to all types of recorded information held, at the time the request is received, by public authorities such as the Ministry of Justice (MoJ). Section 84 of the FOIA states that in order for a request for information to be handled as a FOI request, it must be for recorded information.

For example, a FOI request would be for a copy of a policy, rather than an explanation as to why we have that policy in place. On occasion, the MoJ receives requests that do not ask for recorded information, but ask more general questions about, for example, a policy, opinion or a decision.

You may wish to re-submit your enquiry to the Ministry of Justice, which will be treated as Official Correspondence. Our contact details are as follows:

Dear Disclosure Team,
I kindly thank The team for the fastest response i have ever received , would the team kindly provide who the answer was addressed to ?? .
The team should also note that council tax liability orders contain personal Data , so i believe this would also fall under the scope of the GDPR 2018 .
As it is a legal requirement for council tax liability orders to be published in accordance with the law would the team please provide a copy of their policies and procedures in relation to liability orders being published .

If the team decides my request does not fall within the scope of the freedom of information please provide the name of the authorised signatory of the MoJ .
( it appears the local councils and HMCTS / MoJ are involved in conspiracy to defraud as they are unable to demonstrate that they are acting in accordance with the law , also the suppression of information and documentation ,, for and behalf of the private corporation known as HER MAJESTY’S GOVERNMENT which would also equate to treason .)
