Our response is as follows:

 

We do not hold the information you have requested.

 

The Electoral Commission is currently collecting data on the European
Parliament Elections from Returning Officers. This includes data on the
number of registered EU citizens on polling day and on the numbers of UC1
forms sent out and returned. We expect to publish this data by September
2019.

 

I trust that this information satisfies your request. The Commission
strives to be an open, transparent authority.
