Dear Croydon Borough Council,
May I please request you to provide me with the following information in an EXCEL FORMAT under the Freedom Of Information Act :-
a) addresses of all Registered Residential HMO properties that are within your councils area.
b) the maximum number of occupants that each property referred to in (a) is licensed to hold.
c) the last actual registered number of occupants that each property referred to in (a) holds information.
d) the details of the number of bedrooms and shared kitchen and bathroom facilities and communal lounges in each.
e) the date each of the properties in (a) was first registered as HMO information.
f) the renewal licence date of each of the properties.
g) the names of the owners/licence holders of those properties referred to in (a) and the correspondence address OR the registered "licence holder address" of the owners referred to.
Please share all the above in a excel format.

Your request has been considered under the provisions of the Freedom of
Information Act. Please accept our apologies for the delay in responding
to you. Specifically, you have requested the following information:
“May I please request you to provide me with the following information in
an EXCEL FORMAT under the Freedom Of Information Act :-
a) addresses of all Registered Residential HMO properties that are within
your Councils area.

Please find attached Croydon MHMO Register, it includes all the points
apart from point E as we do not hold the date of when a property was first
registered as a HMO on our Register.
