Registered Electors by Parish
To whom it may concern,
I am writing under the Freedom of Information Act to request that Northampton Borough Council provide me with the current number of registered electors eligible to vote at local elections living in each of the following parishes:
Billing
Collingtree
Duston
East Hunsbury
Far Cotton and Delapre
Great Houghton
Hardingstone
Hunsbury Meadows
Kingsthorpe
Northampton Town
Upton
West Hunsbury
Wootton
I would ask that you remember the statutory duty imposed upon public authorities by virtue of Section 16 of the Freedom of Information Act to provide advice and assistance to requesters. If for any reason you are leaning toward rejecting any part of this request or if you plan to argue that it is unmanageable or unanswerable in any way then I would expect you to contact me promptly to find ways to answer this request to our mutual satisfaction. If the information requested is already publicly available, then I would expect you to point me in the direction by which this information can be found.
