Register of processing activities for Health Board / Health Commissioners
Dear Department of Health (Northern Ireland),
FOI TEAM
I am trying to access information relating to the processing activity of the organisation that commissions Health and Social activities in Northern Ireland having spoken to one of your Trusts it appears this was previously a Health Board and now an organisation called SPG this request appears to therefore span these organisations, if there is another organisation I should contact to access some of this information please supply me with their contact details

I wish to be provided access to the register of data protection activities for Health Board
This list will document your processing activities and individually list each occasion that a data processing activity has been approved as required under the law
Each activity approved should contain sufficient information to clearly demonstrate the activity its purpose who's data is being processed and any sharing of that data with other parties when it was approved and the approving officer
The extent of this request is from the inception of GDPR

Mr Allen,
Further to the email of 31^st January 2023 acknowledging receipt of your
request, I am writing to advise that unfortunately we are currently not in
a position to provide you with our response within the agreed timescales.
It has taken longer than initially expected to process your request,
however please be assured that we are working towards providing you with a
finalised response in due course.
We would hope to have our response with you by the 15^th March 2023
however I will contact you again if that position further changes.
